refunds

if it found nothing, you shouldn’t have paid for it.

Entitled is sold on a specific promise: that it finds customers your billing and your app disagree about. When it finds none, the honest outcome is that your setup is healthy and you learned that for free.

the policy

If an audit turns up nothing actionable, email support@entitled.dev within 14 days and we refund it in full. You don’t have to argue the case or send evidence.

You keep whatever the report showed you. We don’t revoke access to something you have already read.

watch, the yearly plan

The first 14 days of a new Watch subscription are covered by the same policy above: if it hasn’t found anything actionable, email us and we refund it in full.

After that, cancel any time from Settings. Access continues to the end of the period you already paid for, then the subscription does not renew. We don’t give partial refunds for the remaining days of a period you have access to.

how long it takes

Payments run through Polar, the merchant of record. Once the refund is approved the money goes back to the card it came from, usually 5–10 business days, depending on your bank rather than on us.

Prices shown exclude VAT or sales tax where it applies. Polar works out the right amount for your location and adds it at checkout, so the total there may be higher than the price on this site.

before you ask for one

If the scan was blocked or looked wrong (zero rows read, a connection that failed, a report that doesn’t match what you see in Stripe), write anyway. That is a bug on our side and worth more to us than the $49. We would rather fix it and re-run it than take the refund and learn nothing.
