What you are agreeing to by using Entitled: what the service does, what it does not promise, and what happens around payment.

What the service does
Entitled reads your Stripe account and your app, read-only, and reports where the two disagree about who has paid access. It does not write to Stripe or to your app or database at any point, see the security page for the constraints that enforce that.
What it does not do
A report is advisory, not a guarantee. It reflects the data we could read at the time of the run; a wrongly mapped column, a slow endpoint, or an unusual billing setup on your side can produce a finding that does not hold up, or miss one that would. It is not a substitute for reviewing your own billing, and we do not guarantee it finds every disagreement or that every finding it reports is actionable. Treat it as a second set of eyes on your billing.
Accounts
There is no signup before your first scan. Running a free scan creates a report tied to nobody until you claim it with your email, which sends you a single-use link back to it. Anyone with that link, or a live session in their browser from following it, can see and manage that report, so treat the link like a password and do not forward it.
Free scan limits
The free scan is a single manual run against one Stripe account, capped at 500 customers. Running it again within the same hour reuses the run already queued or in progress instead of starting a second one.
Paid plans and refunds
The audit is a one-time $49 purchase with seven days of re-runs and a fix prompt for each finding. Watch is a $99 per year subscription with daily runs, change-only alerts, and a year of history. Payment is processed by Polar, the merchant of record; see the refund policy for how and when a refund applies.
Acceptable use
Only connect a Stripe account, database, or endpoint you are authorized to access. Don’t use the service to read, probe, or overload systems that are not yours, or to route around the read-only constraints it enforces. We can suspend or delete an account we reasonably believe is being used this way.
Liability
The service is provided as it is, without a warranty that it is uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows it, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (lost revenue, lost customers, or a decision made on a finding that turned out to be wrong), and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them. Continuing to use Entitled after that counts as accepting the update; if a change matters to you, read this page again before your next run.
